Winter Carnival February 4th
The Winter Carnival is back by popular demand. We will have some of the same
games as two years ago and will add some more such as Chicken Bowling
instead of Turkey Bowling, Nine Hole Golf Course instead of chipping tennis
balls, Blind Person Snowmobile Obstacle Course, Fishing Contest, Hobo Stew,
Polish and Hotdogs in the Pavilion, Bonfire and more. The committee is
working on more new ideas. Dress for the occasion on the ice and in the
Pavilion and come on out. |
Mark Your Calander
There will be two FUN RUNS this winter. They will be held on January 14th.
and February 18th 2012. The format will be pretty much the same as in the
past except this year we will have tons of snow . Hope to see ya there.

A Special Thank You
The Aerie would like to thank Dick Wujcik for running the Monday night
Eurchre for the last eighteen years. Your dedication to the Aerie is deeply

Fish Fry News
There is only one Fish Fry in December, which will take place
Friday December 9th. It will start at 4pm and go till 7pm.
The normally scheduled Fish Fry for the 4th. Friday of December is cancelled
due to the Holiday.
BEGINNING ON DECEMBER 9th. THRU THE END OF APRIL THE HOURS OF OPERATION WILL
BE 4pm till 7pm. |

CAMEL RACES
Camels are back in town and getting ready to race on May 19th. If you are
interested in sponsoring a camel, please contact Larry Santamour (426-2297)
or Jim Cooper (426-2809). This year we are asking that the *sponsor fee* be
paid *at the time of delivery*. Due to winter breaks and vacations, they
will delivered by Saturday February 11th.
This will give our sponsors more time to decorate and train their camels to
get ready for the big day. Thank you for your cooperation.

Time Capsule In The Works!!!
The Time Capsule should be available over the Labor Day weekend for members
to place a Business size envelope in. The capsule will be sealed when it is
full and will be on display between the Bingo and the Social Rooms. The plan
is to open it the weekend of Labor Day 2021. We are looking for members to
place pictures or article about recent events in the capsule so that 10
years from now those of us that are still around can reminisce over what we
have placed in the capsule. Think about what you will be doing 10 years from
now or 10 years ago. |
